  • Product Overview

    The SP type vertical submerged slurry pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump, suitable for transporting abrasive, coarse‑particle and high‑concentration slurry. The pump generally operates submerged in tanks or pits. It requires no shaft seal or shaft‑seal water, and can work normally even under insufficient suction conditions.
    Wetted parts and shaft of SP type are made of metallic materials, suitable for handling abrasive slurry. The SP(R) submerged pumps are widely applied in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials and other industries.
    Submerged components of SPR type pump are lined with rubber, which is suitable for transporting corrosive slurry.

ZJL/SP Series Vertical Submerged Slurry Pump

Model ZJ pump is a single‑stage single‑suction centrifugal slurry pump. The pump casing adopts double‑layer metallic construction with inner and outer casings. The pump housing is vertically split, and its discharge outlet can be rotated to eight different positions at 45° intervals. Featuring high efficiency, energy‑saving performance, long service life, light weight, rational structure, reliable operation and easy maintenance, this pump is widely applied in power, metallurgy, coal, building materials and other industries. It handles abrasive or corrosive slurry containing solid particles. The maximum solid‑liquid mixing concentration is 45% for ash slurry and 60% for ore slurry. The medium temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃. This type of pump is allowed for multi‑stage series operation.
