ZJQ submersible slurry pump / sand suction pump is a hydraulic machinery with motor and pump coaxially submerged into the medium for operation. Its wetted parts are made of high‑strength wear‑resistant alloy, wear‑resistant cast iron, cast steel and other materials. The material of wetted parts can be selected according to the liquid discharged on site. Featuring large flow‑passage, this pump is suitable for transporting media with large solid particles, such as sediment, mineral slurry, coal slurry and gravel. It can also be applied for river dredging, suction and sprinkling of manure and slurry feed. Widely used in municipal engineering, chemical industry, printing & dyeing, pharmacy, shipbuilding, food industry and other fields for pumping high‑concentration liquid, dirty liquid and paste‑like materials. ZJL/SP Series Vertical Submerged Slurry Pump
Model ZJ pump is a single‑stage single‑suction centrifugal slurry pump. The pump casing adopts double‑layer metallic construction with inner and outer casings. The pump housing is vertically split, and its discharge outlet can be rotated to eight different positions at 45° intervals. Featuring high efficiency, energy‑saving performance, long service life, light weight, rational structure, reliable operation and easy maintenance, this pump is widely applied in power, metallurgy, coal, building materials and other industries. It handles abrasive or corrosive slurry containing solid particles. The maximum solid‑liquid mixing concentration is 45% for ash slurry and 60% for ore slurry. The medium temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃. This type of pump is allowed for multi‑stage series operation.
